U.S. Army Soldier Show Returns!

The U.S. Army Soldier Show, proudly presented by Family and MWR, returns to the Fort Rucker area with two 90-minute live musical performances at Enterprise High School Performing Arts Center on August 2 at 7 p.m. and August 3 at 2:30 p.m.

The community is invited to come out to watch and support the talented cast of Soldiers as the show explores music genres and cultures from around the world. The theme of the show is  “Ready and Resilient” and has a message that speaks to everyone.

You won’t want to miss this memorable night of music, dance and celebration! Admission is FREE and open to the public. No tickets required!

DID YOU KNOW?

• The first Army Soldier Show was perfromed on Broadway in 1917, “Yip Yip Yank” conceived and directed by SGT Irving Berlin.

• The 2013 U.S. Army Soldier Show, the 30th consecutive annual show of the modern era, is made up of 34 soldiers: 15 performers, 12 technicians, and 6 drivers.

• In the span of 5 months, the 2013 U.S. Army Soldier Show will perform at 34 CONUS Garrisons with 55 performances for our Army Families and their communities. The Tour will culminate with 2 final performances at their home, located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas in the month of September.
